Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zenboard. By creating an account you confirm this.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or use another person's account.

You agree to provide accurate information in your profile. Impersonating another person or entity is prohibited.

You own all content you upload to Zenboard (your CV, photo, work history, etc.). By publishing your profile, you grant Zenboard a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it to employers and the public as directed by your privacy settings.

You must not upload content that is false, defamatory, infringing, or violates applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download profile data without written permission
• Use Zenboard to spam, harass, or solicit other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account
• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform

Paid plans (Basic ₹100/year, Premium ₹1,000/year) are billed annually. Payments are processed by Razorpay. UPI and Netbanking only — no credit or debit card data is stored by Zenboard.

Plans renew manually — there is no auto-debit. You will receive a reminder before expiry. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

Employers can view your public profile when you are “Open to Opportunities”. Zenboard does not guarantee any job placement or employer response. Employers are bound by separate employer terms and may not contact you outside the platform without your consent.

Career signals, highlights, and scores on your profile are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). These are indicative and informational only — not assessments, certifications, or guarantees. You should review and edit any AI-generated content before publishing.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to update these terms; material changes will be notified by email.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by emailing support@zenboard.in.

Zenboard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Career intelligence features (scores, signals) are informational and not professional career advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ViewZen Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zenboard. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
